SSC CGL 2017 Notification -Tier 2 Answer Key Released

SSC CGL 2017 - The Staff Selection Commision(SSC) has released the notification for (CGL) Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 . The SSC CGl 2017 recruitment process will be taken placed in total 4 tiers. The Staff Selection Commission will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 (Tier-I) from 01.08.2017 to 20.08.2017 for selecting candidates for Tier-II examination for filling up different categories of posts in various Ministries/Departments/ Organisations.

Qualification

Essential Qualification as of  1st Aug 2017 :

Assistant Audit Officer  OR Assistant Accounts Officer

Essential Qualifications:  Bachelor Degree from a recognized University or Institute

Desirable Qualifications:  C.A. or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters In Commerce or  Business Studies or Business Administration (Finance) or Business Economics.

Junior Statistical Officer
Bachelor Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard  OR Bachelor Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
All Other Posts
Bachelor Degree from a recognized University or equivalent

*The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before 1st August 2017.

Nationality

A candidate must be either:

  • A citizen of India, 
  • A subject of Nepal, or A subject of Bhutan, or
  • Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania ( Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar ), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.


SSC CGL 2017 -  Application Form and How to Apply : 

The eligible candidates who want to appear for the exam need to submit their application online. The candidate should read the instructions carefully to avoid making any mistakes on submission.The mandatory fields are highlighted with * (asterisk) sign.The SSC CGL 2017 application form is divided into two parts.

  • Part 1 : Registration -  The candidate needs to register using the basic information and preference of posts. This will generate a registration no and candidate must note down the registration no. for the future references.
  • Part 2 : Application form submission - The candidate is required to fill the payment details and upload scanned photograph and signature.

After completing the SSC CGL Part-2 Registration, Applicant should take the print out of the submitted application form.


SSC CGL 2017 -  Application Fee : 

The Application fee for SSC CGL 2017 is Rs. 100 only. The Candidates can make the payment through State Bank of India only either in the form of challan, generated on line, or through SBI Net Banking. The Payment can also be made through any Credit or Debit Card.   

All Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PH, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying application fee.
